Ninety days, if you want a deadline. The live cohorts ran a session a fortnight, and the six parts below keep that pace: one part every two weeks brings you out at twelve weeks, with a fortnight spare to write and rehearse the talk itself. Nothing here is timed and nothing expires, so ignore the weeks entirely if a different pace suits you better.

The welcome, what to have to hand, and who is on the team behind you.
Storytelling for Humans, sold at £25 and included here in full. Read it alongside what follows.
Part two, find and shape your storyWeeks 3 and 4

Session 2. Turning what happened to you into something an audience can use.
Part three, deepen it and build your profileWeeks 5 and 6

Session 4. Being findable by the people who book speakers.
Part four, turn it into workWeeks 7 and 8
Session 5. The relationships that bring the first bookings.

Part five, get ready to deliverWeeks 9 and 10
The Confidence Star, what to do in the hour before you speak, and the free clinic with Ife.
Your collateral, and how to rehearse so it lands on the day.
Get your showreel, photographs and one-sheet made properly.
Part six, get booked and keep goingWeeks 11 and 12
What an organiser needs to see, and how the talk turns into work.
Your speaker family. Watch their showreels, follow them, and send work each other's way.
The books and talks that shaped how Ife thinks about speaking, and that Ife still comes back to.
One thing worth doing once the eighteen modules are behind you. It is not required and it is not homework.
There are no more live cohorts. If you want to put this in front of your own audience there is an affiliate arrangement.
