Why this programme exists

Ife Thomas

Storytelling, at its core, is about human connection. For nearly two decades I have studied how people communicate, not just on stages but in real life. How stories land. How language shapes culture. How honesty, clarity and self-awareness change the way people connect with one another.

I am a TEDx coach, a keynote speaker and a storytelling strategist. I work with people who want to be remembered for what they say.

This programme is about serving. It is about sharing your story and using it as an act of service for anyone who needs to hear your message, allowing them to receive it as a gift, something they can take away and use to enhance their own life.

Your story belongs to you.

You are here to learn how to communicate clearly the story that lives within you, using your own words and your own voice. You are giving people something that they can use.

How this programme came about

Ife had one idea she kept coming back to: an army of impactful speakers, people with something worth saying and the ability to say it so a room remembers.

The story behind the programme, and the dream that started it.

It began as a dream and turned into five live cohorts. Ninety days each, six sessions, a one-to-one intensive before anyone started, rehearsals, a studio day, and a showcase where every speaker delivered a full keynote to a live audience.

More than fifty people came through it. Most came knowing they had a story worth sharing and left with a talk, a showreel and bookings.

The dream came true. The cohorts had to end. The teaching did not.

The fifth cohort was the last live one. Rather than let the method close with it, everything Ife taught has been brought together here: the six sessions, the frameworks, the book, and the graduates who prove it works.

What you are opening is the same programme those fifty people went through, taught in the same order, at whatever pace suits you. Which means the army is still being built, one speaker at a time.
